These terms may be subject to change at any time without notice. The HiLife Essentials Company will apply any updated terms to all subsequent orders received.

Delivery

Delivery can be made to any UK address; however, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes or mail drop-boxes. Depending on the delivery service used, a signature may be required upon delivery.

Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified in the Postage and Delivery section. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales; however, delays are occasionally inevitable and beyond our control.

The HiLife Essentials Company accepts no liability for failed deliveries. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Availability of Goods

Goods will be dispatched subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you in writing as soon as possible.

Pricing

The GBP sterling price advertised on this website at the time of order is the price you will pay, except where we have identified a pricing error.

Whilst we endeavour to ensure that all prices are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we identify an error in pricing, we will notify you immediately in writing, and you will have the option to either:

  • Accept the correct price of the goods, or
  • Cancel your order with us

If we are unable to contact you, we will assume the order is cancelled. Where payment has already been made and you choose to cancel under these circumstances, you will receive a full refund.

Payment Security

Payment can be made via ban transfer. Our bank details will be provided on the invoice raised for the goods ordered. .

We take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure; however, unless HiLife Essentials Limited is negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

Security Checks and Fraud Prevention

We carry out stringent security checks on all transactions and reserve the right to refuse any order placed under circumstances we deem suspicious, or where the details given do not match the security information held by the card issuer.

If we regard a transaction as suspicious, we may contact you to confirm your details prior to accepting the order for dispatch.

HiLife Essentials Limited reserves the right to refuse to process a transaction and refund the order in question.

Governing Law

The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.
